CoffeePlanet combines two businesses: selling espresso machines, coffee and accessories, and repairing machines with home pick-up across Poland. The store had to handle more than twenty machine brands and a wide coffee and tea catalogue, while clearly guiding customers who are looking for a repair rather than a purchase.

CoffeePlanet is an online store and repair service for espresso machines, offering Poland's only home pick-up repair service. We worked on their PrestaShop store, which combines selling machines, coffee, tea and accessories with booking mobile repair service.

The challenge
Our solution
We built extensive navigation where machines can be filtered by brand (Jura, DeLonghi, Philips, Saeco, Melitta, Siemens and more), type (automatic, portafilter) and use (home, office, hospitality). Coffee has its own filters: brand, continent of origin, bean type and intensity.
The mobile repair service has dedicated pages for the cities it covers, helping customers check availability quickly and supporting local visibility in Google.
