This privacy policy describes what data we process in connection with the use of creativesstudio.pl, on what basis and for what purpose, how long we keep it, and which cookies we use and how you can manage your preferences.

Where we get your data from

The data we process comes primarily directly from you, when you fill out the contact form or quote form on our site, write to us by email, or when we begin a collaboration and you provide us with the data necessary to carry it out (e.g. billing details). Some data, such as your IP address and information about your device and browser, is collected automatically during your visit through cookies and similar technologies.

What data we collect

We process data you provide yourself through the contact form or the quote form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message content. If a collaboration follows, we also process data necessary to enter into and perform the agreement and to issue accounting documents, such as company name, address, and tax ID. We also collect data automatically, through cookies and similar technologies, including information about your device, approximate location, browser, IP address, and how you use the site (pages visited, time spent on the site, traffic source).

Purposes and legal basis for processing

• Responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form or quote form and preparing an offer, based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling inquiries).
• Entering into and performing a service agreement, based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Issuing invoices and keeping accounting records, based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in connection with tax and accounting regulations.
• Analyzing site traffic, visit statistics, and improving the site, based on the consent given in the cookie banner, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
• Ensuring the site works correctly and securely, and establishing, pursuing, or defending against potential claims, based on our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Who we share data with

Data may be shared with providers of our hosting, email, accounting services, and the analytics tools listed above, only to the extent necessary to provide those services, based on data processing agreements concluded with them. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

How long we keep your data

We keep data from forms for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, generally no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless a collaboration follows. In that case, we keep the data for the duration of the collaboration and for any period required by law, including tax law (generally 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose). Cookie consent is remembered for 6 months, after which the banner will be shown again.

Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to data limited to authorized personnel only, and regular security updates to the infrastructure the site runs on.
